VIP Cleaners

Terrible service and very rude owner. Not only did they ruin my sport coat by putting in cleaner with an ink pen, but when they reimbursed us for the jacket and gave us back the old jacket the owner called up my wife and screamed at her that she wasn't supposed to get the jacket back and that she needed to bring it back. This is after going there to get the money for the ruined coat 4 times only for her to never be there. There are many cleaners near by and I will never use them again. I advise you to take your business else where!

This place is amazing. I went the first time to get the sleeves on my suit adjusted. The lady took my measurements and casually noticed that my buttons were broken. She took my suit and when I came back my buttons were all replaced! No extra charge, she didnt even mention it. That's the kind of customer service that gets 5 stars.
