Wanted me to come in for an appointment when I ended up in a wheel chair after a serious car accident last April. All I wanted was a signature for a temporary handicap parking tag just to make my life a little easier for a few months until I could walk again, so I didn't have to struggle getting into my chair whenever I needed to go somewhere (I did anyways though). I mean really, what is the point of making me come to an appointment when I sent all my paperwork from the hospital (Vanderbilt)?! Should've been self explanatory that I couldn't walk; i had unstable pelvic and sacral fractures, a broken leg and bruised internal organs!!!!! not sure what an appointment would have accomplished.. only to cause me the discomfort of having to leave my home and bed, so he can look at me and see that I'm in a wheelchair? Honestly. I didn't go to any appointment and won't go to this office ever again. The whole situation rubbed me the wrong way; it comes off so unsympathetic - lack of compassion. Coming in for an appointment for something so simple was truly the last thing I needed after a major traumatic experience (which I'm still healing​ from almost a year later). I had been going to this office since I was a child, but not anymore.
