My family and I just moved to the area. We were told to try JJ's. I have never had a worse experience with customer service. My husband and father both ordered a plate and we did not receive BBQ sauce with it. (The restaurant had closed so we could not go back and get sauce) I called in the morning and spoke with the manager Shelby. She stated that even though we order sauce with our food she could not replace the meal only the sauce. After 18mins on the phone she said I was rude and she would not replace the plates if her servers only forgot the sauce (her excuse was they were new and it was before closing. So they must have been rushing) I would not recommend anyone go there and I hope the owner has a different approach to when dealing with customers.
