GuestHouse Inn Pigeon Forge

Very sketchy place. Never felt so unsafe at a hotel in my life. Rooms were clean and staff were nice but it was a run downed dump that they are in the process of remodeling. Our room had no air/heat unit in it that worked the old one from probably 20 years ago that was busted up and had debris all over it was sitting in the hole. We froze our asses off the whole night. The door latch was missing on our door so we couldn't lock it from the inside. They had trash and a huge dumpster outside that had stuff threw out all over the place from remodeling. Definitely won't be staying here again!
