I frequent this store several times a month, especially during breakfast/lunch times. Rarely have I had an order that was incorrect, and customer service has been consistently pleasant. They are quick to fix any mistakes, and are flexible with strange requests. This morning I used the drive-thru en route to work, and had changed my mind on a product in the middle of ordering. I believe it was a shift manager taking my order, and he was very patient with me. Apparently they had already started making the product. When I got to the window to pay for and receive my order, instead of throwing the item away, they just gave it to anyway. They were not required to, but they chose to, and I appreciate that. So did my starving coworker who forgot her breakfast at home!
