Without question the least customer focused organization I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. They are subbed for the delivery of office furniture by Costco. The driver lied when he said that he knocked on my door and tried to call me two times when the delivery was scheduled. Trying to get the delivery rescheduled has been an absolute nightmare. When you call the office the staff you encounter could not care less about talking to you or resolving your issue. If I could give them zero or negative stars I would. Absolute pits. Don't do any business with this organization.
