Rude, arrogant, abrupt. Shut me down cold as a patient in the hospital. Wouldn't call in a different medicine for one he had given me that was about $400 that my insurance didn't cover--knowing what kind of insurance I had. Office made a follow up appointment but no one bothered to verify or correct my phone number, despite having given it to 3 different people in the hospital; didn't bother to call my pcp for a referral, knowing I would need one before I could be seen. I thought he was a good guy in the beginning, but on the day I got out, I realized he wasn't very nice at all. We all have bad days, but when one is a patient in the hospital, they want to get better and feel like their dr is listening to them and cares about them getting well. I didn't get that from Dr. Rodriguez.
