I’m getting married this weekend but after reading the bad reviews about customer service, I guess me and my bridesmaids will not be going here - and this was a gift from me. I’m a business owner and encounter disgruntled clients here and there, even if I feel they are wrong or irrational, I still rectify and accommodate them professionally. As a result, they continue to use my services. Happy clients mean a good reputation.
