Don’t go here! First, it will take you a while to find the place since they literally have no sign of their business posted anywhere, not even on their entrance door. Second, they don’t answer their phone. Sara who works there told me the number of their business doesn’t even go the spa. Third, Sara is either poorly trained and this is ok with the owner Lora or she is just a cruel person. I went in for a Brazilian wax and she didn’t even warn me that my hair was too long and still tried to wax, even pulling the damn paper more than once. She claimed she only used there stripes but they were used more than once each. After I started to complain she said I could be go home and trim and come back another day or be trimmed for $25! It would have been nice if she said that before she pour the damn wax on me. I ended the service after enduring torture and cleaned myself of the mess of wax she made on me. Thankfully Groupon refunded my money. This is not my first time I’ve gotten a Brazilian wax, but definitely the only time it’s been a bad experience. Take my word and find another place to go.
