When using the Rockvale Convenience location... Be prepared to sit on the side of the road for 45 mins to 1 hour DURUNG business hours while they replace full trash containers with empty ones. Naturally Saturday's are one of the busiest days for the center. Seems like the county waste dept would assure that empty containers are ready for business on Sat AM. Closing the gates & denying access during operating hours is not good management & isn't the BEST idea. Also making this process more difficult is the truck driver & the site attendant who stood & "shot the bull" for 15 -20 mins while residents waited! If residents are going to be delayed due to poor management......at least the site attendant & truck driver should have been about getting their job done QUICKLY! This has happened 4 times to myself personally.. I understand that it's "usual" business.
