They sent someone out and he spent 10 minutes here, said he couldn't find the septic tank, charged me $40 and left. I still have a stopped up tub. I called to complain to his boss and he started in asking me if I worked for free? Well, when I work I actually provide a service for the fee. If I can't provide the service then I have no right to charge. The serviceman literally poked in the yard for 10 minutes and left. BEWARE of this company!! They will charge you for providing NO service. Biggest scam I have ever been a victim of.
