Don't move here!! If it's location you're after try the apartments across the street!! I've always been a renter and I've never hated where I live till moving here! I have had issues since day one. I understand things happen and need to be fixed but DONT expect anything done soon, even if it's your air being out in summertime and you have kids. They've lied to me They show they don't care about their residents. Even going to corporate doesn't help get any issues fixed timely. They don't communicate at all. I've never had so many issues, been lied to, been given attitude, or anything anywhere like I have here. I've never broken a lease but I'm breaking this one!! No matter what you do they don't care about their residents!!!
