I felt very comfortable with the entire staff and they have gone out of their way to ensure I am getting the most out of my aids. I have not had any problems with background noise or having to go in for continuing adjustments. So far, I have been very pleased! Thank you. DK

The service was/is always prompt and friendly. I have had the aids for 4 months now and am very satisfied. The doctor and his staff did a great job of finding out want I needed and fitting them to me. I thought i might actually catch more fish with the aids but I am finding the opposite is true. Now I can hear my wife tell me "no" when I ask if I can go fishing... Great job, thanks for all the help!
