Wilson County Chevrolet Buick GMC

I brought my vehicle in for a sunroof repair. I paid for the parts last week, and the parts arrived on Monday. I dropped my car off Tuesday evening and was told it would be done the following day. Well, it was around 5pm the following day, I hadn't heard from anyone at the service dept, so I called to check on it. I was told that no one had even looked at it and it wasn't worked on at all. So now I'm without a car and i had to cancel several appointments the next day because of this. I was offered a loaner, but I couldn't get there in time because I had meetings late that day. So now my wife has no vehicle to drive, we don't know when it will be done, and I really wish someone had called me and told me that they had no one available to work on it and I would have gone to pick it up and bring it back another time. I'm really put out by the lack of communication. They still have my vehicle and I m only hoping they're working on it.
