TERRIBLE! I was in the store for almost 3 hours. It was obvious I was struggling and needed assistance. NOT ONE employee asked if they could help me. NOT ONE - the entire time! Then, as if my experience wasn't already bad enough, the girl who checked me out had no personality and barely spoke to me. I have always LOVED Ulta. I will NEVER go in that particular location again and I'm seriously considering never giving my business to ANY Ulta again - period! The staff used to be very friendly and knowledgeable. All I saw were a bunch of young girls who couldn't wait until closing time. Young girls are perfectly fine as long as they know their products and how to treat and work with customers! I will tell others all of this! I have SEVERAL friends who shop there - for now anyway!
