although techs were great , can't say much for their boss . very bad customer service he's an idiot!!!charged me for 2 bed rooms and i only got one cleaned and it wasn't that great . When I called him (boss) he TOTALLY lied and made me feel less of a human and didn't care about me nor my carpet . USE ANY OTHER LOCATION !
