My husband a patient of 12 years was very sick and called for an appointment. They told him to be there at 3:00. He drove from South Knoxville to Campbell Station, arrived at 3:04, waited on the office girl to finish her personal conversation with another staff member and then was told the doctor would not see him because he was late. Why is it that it is ok for the patient to wait 30-40 minutes on Dr. Collins but he could not wait 4 minutes on a patient. Something very wrong here. Obviously patient care is not top priority. Needless to say none of my family will be back. So maybe that will help free up his time.
