First Assist Urgent Care in Johnson City

Very disappointed with the care I received. Front desk girls looked like they hated their job and made me fill out new patient paperwork even though I filled it out several months prior when I came in the first time. Older doctor saw me and didn't seem to care about what i had to say, only spoke with me for 2 min and left. When he came back with the diagnosis, he told me to take 2 meds and didn't offer to explain what the full diagnosis was, how the virus came about, or anything about the meds. I will never return to this place.
