Dermatology Associates and Cosmetic Center Johnson City

Made an appointment and was going to pay cash. The insurance I have doesn't cover their services. I made this VERY clear to the receptionist and she made my appointment anyway. I go today after waiting a month for the appointment and was turned down because I have insurance and it was considered "fraud" to bill me. The excuse was "the woman who made your appointment is fairly new, I'm sorry." And this is problem? Guess I'll look elsewhere and it won't be Tri City Skin & Cancer either, they did the same thing.

I went to Dr.letrice office today and received a Cool Touch treatment. I could not be more excited and pleased at my results after just one session. Dr.Letrice is a great doctor and walked me through the whole thing I could not ask for a better doctor or facility. Thank you!
