Rick Hardin is the hardest working agent I have ever met. He goes above and beyond to get you what you need and makes sure if the listing has any issues everything is repaired by the closing day. He is by far the most dedicated realtor I have ever met. Along with Kathy white who is also an extremely dedicated realtor I have personally seen her buy mulch to get the curb appeal back to glory. I highly recommend doing business with Mr Hardin or Kathy white. I Have no complaints for either of them.
