Sam's Club

Only one person in member services. There was literally 12 people in line. I asked an employee for a membership is management, they paged for one but no one showed up. Asked another employee to see if they could get someone to help move the line, Safia be couldn't help. Finally after 15 minutes one additional person came to help the line. Still no manager! Currently still 10 people in line.
