Panera Bread

We’ve been going here for years, and sometimes the service is ok, very rarely has it been outstanding. Every time we’ve ordered out the order has been incorrect. Items have been forgotten, things we paid extra for not included etc. (Literally every time, 7 times now.) Yesterday did me in. We go here for a breakfast sandwich 2-3 times per week, my husband ordered us both a ham and cheese on Asiago and asked if they could just do the egg a little more so it wasn’t so runny. The lady at the drive through ignored his request and abruptly responded 3 times with “over easy or scrambled,” and just kept rudely repeating it. The egg has just been really runny lately and it’s unappetizing because it isn’t cooked, it’s still clear in spots. After completely ignoring him, he finally just shouted, “forget it, over easy.” My egg was so runny, it was again clear in some spots and unappetizing, so I removed it from the sandwich. I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but this one lady at the drive through is rude and when we’re just trying to start our day out with some breakfast, we don’t want to deal with it. I’ll go back because the food is generally good, but if she does it again, I’m filing a complaint with the company. The food costs too much here to deal with rude service. The only reason I’m leaving two stars is the quality of food is good and I like the menu items.
