Wendy's

If you come here there always out of ketchup in the dining room.The food is fresh but that's all the place has going for it. You will wait at least 5 minutes before they take your order but once you get past that part your good. Gonna go somewhere else next time.

The food was fine, it's the customer service that lacked and it was lacking BIG time. The kid (and I do mean kid) at the front counter is in the wrong line of work. Jazarien lacks the social skills to deal with people, especially in a fast food environment. He was rude, impatient and had an overall condescending attitude. This was during the lunch rush and he was nothing close to prepared. The thing that bothered me the most was there was an elderly lady in line, in front of me. She was speaking a little slow, but clearly. After each item she ordered, he would ask "what else?" No tact, no manners and he clearly looked annoyed. If this Wendy's location or anyone associated with Wendy's actually read this review, you need to do something about this kid. He has problems and needs to learn about manners and customer service.
