What a joke we made reservations to pickup a vehicle at 11:00 we arrived early and were told that they didn't have anything available. Maybe later if they had a cancellation. They did call at 3:00 to inform us that they would try to get us a car the following day but it would be after 1:00 pm before we could pick it up. Only took 27 hours to get a car with a reservation great business plan.
