My husband and I have rented several times now from Enterprise in Murfreesboro, TN on W. Main Street and we have always had great customer service both when we are picking up the vehicle or dropping it off. The men and women that you meet in customer service are awesome! We have never had any problems. We will continue to do business with them. Thank you for the great service.
It was a little confusing when we went there to pick up the vehicle. There was nothing that said we had to fill out paper work and emergency contacts when you pay with a debit card. We knew of the deposit but not all of everything else. In the end. The vehicle was good and we got to point A and B with out any issues.
Been here 15 minutes and not one person has helped me...looked at me and said nothing. Maybe I am invisible I guess. Once helped it was okay but it seemed like they cared more about socializing between themselves than helping out their customers. Ended up getting a vehicle with expired tags and when I shared this with the individual who helped me it was not a big deal. ****4/19/2018 - Update: contacted corporate liked instructed and nothing was done...shocker right.
