I give 2 stars because this is the second time i have been here and the first time i absolutely loved everything. the food the people it was all great. this time i went was on my lunch break again and we called in the order almost 20 min ahead of time we got there told the waitress we called ours in she sat us and got our drink orders. then we had to tell them again we called our order in. we had 2 others from work join us at 12:10 they were not brought menu's or had there drink order taken till after being there a good 15 min. after waiting 15-20 min my friend & my food finally came out, my order was not correct, i sent it back to get it fixed. after 5 more min they came and took the others orders. waited about 10 min then my food was finally brought back. they had only fried the original grilled pork chops. i didn't even get to eat my food, was only able to finish one pork chop. i asked if there was anything that could be done since we had to wait so long. they did comp it by 50% and i understand they were busy and i didn't get rude or snarky. i was argued with about how long we waited and how long everything took. i was even told that my food sat for 15 min before we got there. we got there at 12:05. i recommended this place to my friend and she was very displeased! if it was not for my first visit being great i don't think i would have been so disappointed. this place did a complete 180 in the last few months and not in a good way. i normally don't do reviews but this was very disappointing to me.
