UniFirst Uniform Services - Cookeville

Cookeville services our automotive manufacturing facility. They are their on time, and any issue that comes up they clear it up right away. Our route driver Benji is great, he's always in a good mood answers any questions we have and if he don't know he tells us he'll find out and give us an answer. When he is out he makes sure his back up knows what time to be at our location and the correct people to see. Benji is great helps this program to run so smooth.

Start up service was extremely slow. (6 full weeks) rugs were delivered wet. Shirts were returned with ink stains (from laundering). Added a new employee we were told 1 week, 2 at the most for arrival of uniforms. When they finally came in (6 weeks later) they were used uniforms. We were told when an employee is added they gave used uniforms to get them out quicker. That was their policy. Several shirts were stained the jean pants were worn and faded with wallet outlines in the rear pockets. One set of the initial sets of uniforms was delivered with out name tags (still not fixed to date). We placed a call the the district manger, his answer was maybe we should part ways. Our pickup/delivery date was changed by unifirst. They did not come on the new date. We placed a call the following day to find out they forgot to call us. They wanted a meeting to see what our expectations were for them.
