Set up an appointment for estimate that was supposed to be at 5:00pm. Got a call at 4 that he was behind and would be there at 5:45. At 6:30 no one had showed up so I called & he said he was on the way. At 8:00 pm no one had showed up so I called & told them to forget it. The man begged me to reconsider and said he would be at my house first thing in the morning at 8am and would leave the estimate on my door. Got home from work yesterday at 6pm and NO ESTIMATE at the door or in the mailbox, he had not even been by my house at all.
Don't bother with them unless you enjoy getting the runaround. I have a $12,000 check in my hand to spend on new roof & siding but guess they didn't want any of it. Customer service person answering the phone this morning sounds like she could care less.
