I received one of the sales sheets in the mail from Baggett and took a chance and called them to see what it was all about. Boy am I glad I did. From that first call into the office, speaking with Nicole I knew that this company was a top notch outfit. Alana came out and walked me through each step. She was so thorough she even contacted an electrician to make sure that the panel work that I knew had to be done would be taken care of so I could get my new unit. Jason came out and did a wonderful job! He made sure they cleaned up after themselves each day. In the end leaving me with comfortably cool house the likes I have never had before. Great Service and Quality Work, the Baggett Team replaced my entire system after confirming with me my system was very inefficient and left my wife and I uncomfortable continually trying to adjust the thermostat. So far we are very happy with the system and feel we got a great deal.
