Ulta Beauty

I stopped by this Ulta location to buy a Dermelect Ridge Filler, which is advertised on Ulta’s website. When I walked in, no one greeted me or offered to help. I wandered around the store looking for the product or for an employee to help me, but couldn’t find either. I finally found a woman stocking the tester table up front, and when I asked her about the product, she said “Go look in the nail aisle.” I already had but couldn’t find it. Since there were no other employees on the sales floor, I got in the check-out line to ask one of the cashiers. She told me that they don’t sell nail ridge fillers and to go to Sally Beauty. I showed her the Ulta add on my phone and she says, “Oh. Maybe go to another Ulta.” This was the least helpful beauty store I have ever been to.
