Was referred to Dr. Rice for a second opinion. Was talked very rude to and even laughed at. I’ve never been so insulted in my life. If you are looking for a neurosurgeon office that cares, this is not it. Very disappointed with these people. BEWARE

Dr Rice was completely rude and disrespectful to my dad. He had him wait for over 2 hours, a random person came out and heard my dad's symptoms and told him the Dr will probably not want to see him. After more waiting the Dr finally showed up and my dad told him his symptoms but every one of them was met with a rude, snide, or sarcastic remark. Not just a bad doctor, he seems like a bad person.
