Avis Car Rental

Avis Preferred does not exist at this location. Yes, it's supposed to but does not. I always have to wait at least 15+ mins and they make me check-in again. With the latest rental they charged me for satellite but never activated the signal. I will not be returning to this location anymore.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Absolutely 0 customer service. The people there are very rude. I will never go there ever again.

We've rented from this location twice, and it's always been a good experience.
