I have been going here 3 years and the staff is so friendly. As long as you follow the contract like you are suppose to you are treated with respect and dignity. Dr. Pepper and his assistant are great at explaining step by step the procedures as they perform them. Even though yes they do hurt, but after a few days the Radio Frequency ablations and nerve blocks do help and I strongly recommend them.
