Good people

This is the sorriest excuse I've ever seen for a repairman. I was taken advantage of, and lost over $300 in the deal. Washer wasn't repaired, he has my money, and I have a broken washer. Multiple lies, promises not kept, ignore phone calls, texts. Do NOT trust this man.

I typically never write a review on service received, however, our experience with getting our boat engine repaired was so bad it warranted this review. I read the other reviews and talked to a neighbor before bringing my boat in. The feedback was generally good and if they come to your home to do repairs, you may be ok. I had brought my boat in and was told he could not get to it the first weekend but should get to it by the next weekend, I finally got my boat back six weeks later. The bill was over $1400 for replacing the trim motor and the annual service. After I got it back the owner said you may want to consider replacing the motor. I brought my trailer in which had only been used a couple of times and when I got it back I had to replace four of the runners and the trailer jack was severely bent. I made numerous calls to check on the status of the repair and rarely got a call back. I had to track them down at the marina to get any answers. This is not how anyone would want to be treated.

We saved up our down payment and booked the venue but had to cancel for financial reasons. The date is 9 months away and they will not refund our down payment of $500.00 because they can't book it again this close even though they said people are calling every week for this date. It's sad to see how people take advantage of the less fortunate.

Just bad people just not workers owner was rude and flirty with wife and daughters so if you have a job Just lock just not stuff your family
