I typically never write a review on service received, however, our experience with getting our boat engine repaired was so bad it warranted this review. I read the other reviews and talked to a neighbor before bringing my boat in. The feedback was generally good and if they come to your home to do repairs, you may be ok.
I had brought my boat in and was told he could not get to it the first weekend but should get to it by the next weekend, I finally got my boat back six weeks later. The bill was over $1400 for replacing the trim motor and the annual service. After I got it back the owner said you may want to consider replacing the motor. I brought my trailer in which had only been used a couple of times and when I got it back I had to replace four of the runners and the trailer jack was severely bent. I made numerous calls to check on the status of the repair and rarely got a call back. I had to track them down at the marina to get any answers. This is not how anyone would want to be treated.
