These people are the biggest crooks in pigeon Forge. First They got mad at me for not buying a service plan for a $50 set of pearls then I asked them to clean my wife's wedding band and they said the diamonds where about the fall out and Wanted to charge me $50 just to fix that I had a feeling that their lying so I told them I'm not going to do it and the woman gets pissed off then I take it to Jewelry store and have two people look at it and they say nothings wrong with the ring. I would never recommend them to anyone all they care about is how can I make more money off of you even if you've already bought some off them
