They need to inservice the entire facility. The employees here lack professional. When you sit in a place for hours..you have plenty of time to observe human interactions. Bad attitudes and impatience is the hightlight of your customer service encounter with the representatives. Noone forced them into customer service...if they dont like to deal with ppl from all walks of life then they should find something else to do while... they are still Useful!
