Jerry D. Woods — 5 starCome Hear My Story ! Bought a new suit at Men's Wearhouse to officiate at my grandson's wedding. Wore the suit for the event in Austin, Texas. I asked some minister friends what is best cleaners in town? One said, "I like Westside Cleaners!" So I took my suit to them and picked it up in time to wear to my cousin's funeral. I had just hung the coat in my car until I got to Memphis for the funeral. When I put it on and my wife looked at it, she said, "Oh my! You have a 3 inch rip in your coat and it really shows. Funeral home tried to put it back together with cloth tape. So I took it back to the cleaners thinking they might be able to repair it, but instead, they went to Men's Wearhouse and bought another $499 coat to replace the damaged one. Men's Wearhouse was so impressed with the owner of Westside Cleaners, Chris Maxwell, for doing the right thing and not passing the buck, they gave him a business discount. Chris dry cleaned the pants at no charge ! Chris tells me he has owned Westside Cleaners for 30 years. It's hard to find honorable people to go to such lengths to do excellent work in business today!
