Wish I could leave no stars. First of all they close the lobby way early and I have proof. I stood outside their lobby 15 min before the lobby was supposed to close (10:00pm) I knocked and they just walked right by the door. Then a young man came and never unlocked the door but just yelled the lobby is closed. I guess your employees all need to go back to what the first grade to learn how to tell time.? Horrible customer service! I will never be back to another Wendy's restaurant. I really hope their home office sees this!
