Walmart Supercenter

I ordered a couple of items in the Home Goods Dept. last week for pickup today. Vance Cobb took excellent care of me keeping me up to date on the order(s). When I went in today to get the items, it took 20 minutes to find the order due to some sort of glitch. I didn't say anything other than I may need to come back because I was on my lunch break. Minutes later, they came out with the rest of my order. THEN, one of the managers named Jake Richardson said to come with him to the cash wrap and proceeded to hand me a $20 gift card for the wait. If that isn't customer service, I don't know what is. Thanks Walmart OFP!
