Walmart Supercenter

If a coupon doesn't scan the humans who work here are not allowed to be smarter than the computer. The computer says it's N/A and that's it even though the human clerks and managers can clearly see it is applicable. ..smh...I bet if the coupon error was in my favor the matter would have been quickly corrected on their end. I took same coupon to kroger and there was NO PROBLEM AT ALL. ..as a matter of fact when I was at customer service making a return on another product I noticed they have a button that says "make it right" that's the type of store I feel comfortable spending my hard earned money. ..a good value is nice but being treated like you matter is showing the utmost respect to the people your business depends on!

Its great when you have one of these near in case you need something quick and you get out quickly most of the time.
