READ BEFORE YOU GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!..... I TOTALLY AGREE WITH THE COMMENT BELOW... i brought a 2006 BMW 330I from Ty and James, Ty made everything sound so beautiful about this car, ( i sell my cars ready to drive, you dont even have to change the oil and things like that) before buying this car 4 months ago he told me that he was going to get me the navigation cd the following tuesday. ever since i have been coming back asking for the cd and he keeps telling that they dont have it. the worst thing is that he talks to you in a very rude manner. until today i still not received any cd and im sure i never will but ill keep begging until they give it to me...... ok that is just a minor problem.... one month ago when i took the car for a normal oil change because the car was shaking and the check engine light came on, my mechanic was AMAZED on the poor condition this car is, he said the engine did not blew up only because it is a BMW..... he found out that the car had the FACTORY OIL from 4 years ago, the oil filter was completely blocked.... he has been a mechanic for over 20 years and he said that he has never seen an oil like this in his life ( i looked like glue, and it has big chunks of something on it.) it had so much that he wasn't able to put one of those engine cleaners because i till block the pipes and it will worsen things.(so now i have to do an oil change every week for 6 weeks, then at last im going to have to remove the lid for the oil and wash the whole thing because there is no way the big chunks will come off). i asked him to save the filter and i took it to Ty, he wasnt there at the moment so i talked to James, he called Ty on the phone and i though that i was there for the cd and i could hear Ty yelling that i insist too much (obviously in veery different words,) when he calmed down James explained what happened with the oil and he told me to leave the filter there... another month passed and i never received a call from neither of them, so i went back last week and Ty was there.... he never faced me, or even said hi.... he starting going off on me almost screaming telling me that that wasn't my fault, that the car was good and that they were not responsible for the car (but obviously they threw away the oil filter so i have no evidence)... hopefully i can resolve this problem that is going to cost me no less than $1000 but i wanted to warn people about this place... one of the main reasons why i brought this car from them is because Ty is my neighbor and i honestly never thought that he will have the hart of doing this. specially because our families are very close..... PLEASE BE CAREFUL, SOMETIMES IS BETTER TO PAY A LITTLE MORE BUT FOR ALOT MORE QUALITY...
