I have given this place tons of money, I was a regular having the same routine done every 2 weeks, faithfully, month after month. I have referred in great customers and probably not so great customers. Never once, had a bad experience in this place until this morning. I had a removal/replied late lastnight. I called first thing this morning letting VIP Nails know my concern. VIP Nails offered to take a look at my nails this morning. When I arrived, a male employee made the whole salon aware of what my compliant was, I didn't like that. Employees were inspecting my nails making a freak show out of me, while other employees speaking out that I was wrong and VIP Nails was right. Even a customer chimed in. That's what really wow'd me. Maybe I was wrong, and don't know the legalistic on manicures and pedicures but I knew something was wrong from all the previous applications I have had done. Maybe their chemical ratios was off on that nail color product they use on me last night, or maybe the employee miss a step. Who knows. I wasn't ugly, hateful nor raised my voice, I was more in shock, dumb founded that a place of business would act like a middle school full of drama. I was humiliated and felt like the bad person because I wanted the issue fixed, not everyone to know my complaint, not a removal/replied, nor a refund. I hate this because the salon is close to my home. My advice to you VIP Nails for future customer complains, OWN UP, and don't act like BULLIES!!! Sheila Robinette
