Vanderbilt Health Clinic at Walgreens Nippers Corner

Never will I return to this location. I found out that my daughter's sports physical was out of date and she needed it over the weekend. We could not get in to see our pediatrician so I called this location and asked about getting a sports physical done. They said they charge a FLAT fee and they do not file any insurance- would not even take my insurance info. I paid the "flat" fee, just to receive a bill a couple weeks later for another $125!!!! For a sports physical that I already paid $85 for?!?!?!?! Unethical LIARS.
