They are very nice when you first come in and then if you are an extended stay customer, they forget about you. They value the nightly stays more than extended stays. When paying almost $1000 every 2 weeks, you would think they would clean the room as promised but it has been 10 days since they have cleaned our room and when asked about it , they say “ well our nightly rooms have to be cleaned first because we lose money if they are not ready”. Even the manager promised it would be done , yet they still have not cleaned. I have contacted corporate and still no response. Let me borrow the mop and vacuum. I am disabled but I would try to do it anyway because I want a clean room . Liars is what they are.
