Universal Beauty

Totally Unfriendly place!!! Will NOT return! It still amazes me how other nationalities (not all) with these types of businesses REALLY LOVE OUR MONEY, but doesn't care for us at all...not even enough to be friendly..and return! This particular store seem to be the only beauty supply store in the neighborhood ...with such variety for the African American woman. I had planned to spend at least 50.00....but I only gave them 9.83.....they won't miss the rest, I'm sure. Too bad.
