Federal holiday supposed to be recognized on Monday so should be mail delivery on Saturday. Oh, that's right... No more rain, sleet, or snow, the Feds only work when they desire. Oh, and they are taking Monday also. Nothing like taking 2 days for one holiday. UPS and Fed Express are best bets. They have prompt and efficient delivery. This is why Postal Service loses money. You would think they would try keep up with competition better. Pathetic! Smh
