Bought a hitch receiver from them one of the bolts broke and is stuck in the frame during "easy installation" they will not replace the faulty bolt or work with us in any way all they would say is did you read the instructions? Yes we did there is no way I should be able to break a bolt meant to tow a class 3 trailer with with my hand! It's your fault you broke it we can't do anything for you, horrible customer service!!!
