Tropical Smoothie Cafe

My experience was horrible.. We ordered Turkey Bacon Ranch on a wrap with smoothies ×2. The young lady gave us the smoothie.. then knocked it over.. as she stood there "just looking".. I had to ask her for something to clean it up with. 1/2 the smoothie literally is on the table at this point. Once we finally took a look at our wraps.. they were cold.. and no bacon. So asked them to remake them too.. then as we are waiting.. another girl brings out the new smoothie to another table.. (when we are clearly still cleaning up the smoothie ourselves) he tells her (annoyed) it's for that couple.. he glares at her.. and she scrambled over to our table. I would have thought it was just us.. but as we are eatting.. 2 other customers bring back their wrap as well.. FOR THE SAME ISSUE!! I don't know whose running this place but it's clear some oversight is needed. These folks in her don't give a damn.. never again will I return.. #ADisappointedTropicalSmootieLover
