I have now had James and his crew out four times so I now feel like I can give them a proper review. These guys are GREAT!! They have come out for a leaky toilet and other pipes, a clogged main line which ended in replacing a lot of pipe (they took the time to show me where other people had damaged the pipe to run a snake into it because there was no cleaner pipe sticking up to fish a snake through - which had then resulted in our current problem) - they replaced the area with the damage and installed a cleaner pipe. Another time I had James come out to do an inspection under my house to find the source of some mystery water (he discovered it was an issue with the draining from my AC) and most recently his crew came out to once again fix a clog main line (which was much easier with the new cleaner pipe). They are always very thorough and always take the time to show me the exact problem and have called the city for me when they need to flush out their end of the piping. He always answers his phone or calls back within a very short time and has always managed to squeeze me in that day or the next morning - which is pretty fantastic. I also find the pricing to be very fair. These guys are just wonderful and I will be using them again. I hope this helps in your decision to use them if you are looking for a plumber.
